Browser Makers Specs and Policies
You're probably going to want to know how well the browsers support
HTML 4.0. I searched the web for any document that could summarise
that for me - and ended up on our

Netscape and Explorer by Stephanos Piperoglou. It annotates
the HTML 4.0 specification, detailing the differences between the
specification and its implementation in Netscape Navigator 4.0 and
