To XT or Not To XT

That is the question, and the answer is "not this month". Although XT is one of the tools of choice for dealing with the most current XSL Working Draft, it will be covered when we discuss XSL syntax in the upcoming months. That being said, I'm sure there are some of you who would like to experiment right away with XSL Transformations (XSLT) using software written by one of the key people behind XSL, James Clark. Therefore, we've provided links for downloading the relevant components.

XT

XT is an implementation in Java of the XSL Transformations Working Draft by the editor of the specification.
jclark.com/xml/xt.html All Java platforms, presumably. Requirements: JDK 1.1.6 or later and an XML parser in Java that supports SAX, such as James Clark's XP. Also available as a Win32 executable; see main URL for details.
